Subject LeBron James my sunshine
As requested by the original author of this digital travel journal, I am pleased to announce that I will heavily criticize the written recollection of the events enjoyed on his travels. So far the writing has been mediocre at best, I hope the author steps up his game a little and shows the talent many people claim he possesses. Also, the audacity to call constructive criticism fanmail is nothing short of narcissistic, but this is a topic for another time. For now the interesting perspective of the amazingly mundane events that have occurred keeps me invested in the story and wanting to know where it leads next. Enough of the criticism for now, wouldn't you agree. All great artists in history had their humble beginnings, so we might yet see the second coming of Shakespeare in due time, though I highly doubt it.
Now for the meat and bones of this critique. It truly pleases me that the hostel experience is the same everywhere, I concur that the roommate that snores as if he is working at a lumber mill from 2 to 6 am in his sleep is tragically a very common occurrence. Next up I would like to lightly applaud the author for having valid complaints about some of society's biggest flaws which he experiences first hand, from loud Americans, to overly complex highways sending you 20 km in the wrong direction even though the point you have to visit is literally 200m away, to the beautiful tree plantations that some people dare to call healthy forests. I get his frustrations, yet these remarks are something I would definitely want to read more of. As for any solutions, alas, I am not an all knowing being that has a quick fix for these and other issues, I do however have certain ideas that are not fit for the written word yet, as the simple human brain wouldn't be able to comprehend them.
Expect more vigorous reviews the coming week, as I will be spending it in a tent somewhere in Britain, with too much time on my hands, and a metaphorical quick-quotes quill in my bag. (if you do not get this reference, not my problem)
As for now,
The mountains are calling and I must go.
